This notice applies to the public website and the project enquiry form. It is a practical summary, not a substitute for a signed processing agreement on a client engagement.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form we receive the name, email, phone (if provided), service of interest, and message you type. That submission is emailed to info@kryoteksoftwares.com from our website mailbox. Server logs may also record IP address, browser, and the page requested, as is normal for hosting.

Why we use it

Form details are used only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on that request. We do not sell visitor lists. Theme preference stored in your browser stays on your device. The contact form is protected with a session CSRF token, a hidden honeypot field, and a short arithmetic check generated on our server. We do not use Google reCAPTCHA or similar third-party bot services.

Third-party content

The contact page can show a Google map of our office. It stays unloaded until you press the button on the placeholder, so nothing is requested from Google — and no Google cookie is set — unless you ask for the map. Once loaded, that embed is governed by Google's own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation, then deleted or archived with the related project file if work proceeds. You can ask us to erase a form submission by emailing info@kryoteksoftwares.com.
