Software Development Services
Refunds for software development services will be considered under the following conditions:
- Before Project Start: Full refund if cancellation is requested before any work begins.
- Project in Progress: A partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed at the
time of cancellation. The cost of completed milestones, research, or planning will be deducted
from the refundable amount.
- Completed Projects: No refunds are issued once the project is completed and delivered.
- Cancellation Charge: A cancellation charge of ₹500 will apply in any case of service
cancellation.
Training and Internship Programs
Refunds for training and internship programs will be issued under the following conditions:
- 7 Days Before Commencement: A full refund, excluding the non-refundable registration fee.
- 0-7 Days Before Commencement: Refund, excluding the non-refundable registration fee and a seat
cancellation charge of ₹1000.
- 0-7 Days After Commencement: Refund, excluding the non-refundable registration fee, seat
cancellation charge of ₹1000, and half of the cost per class. The cost per class will be
calculated by dividing the total fees by the total number of classes needed to complete the
training.
- After 14 Days of Commencement: No refund is available, as significant resources have been
allocated to the training program.
We do not track, share, or sell any personal data from the cookies we use. The cookies we deploy are
strictly for service enhancement and security purposes.
Consultation Services
Refunds for consultation services will be issued based on the following criteria:
- Cancellation Before 24 Hours of Scheduled Consultation: A full refund may be issued if the
cancellation request is made 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours: No refund is issued if the cancellation is requested within 24
hours of the scheduled time.
- Cancellation Charge: A cancellation charge of ₹500 will apply in any case of service
cancellation.
Digital Marketing, SEO, and Other Monthly
Services
For ongoing services such as digital marketing, SEO, or other monthly services, refunds are handled
as follows:
- Before Service Commencement: A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made
before any work starts.
- Within 7 Days of Service Commencement: A partial refund may be provided based on the work
completed and resources used.
- After 7 Days of Service Commencement: No refund is available, as significant resources have been
committed to delivering the services.
- Cancellation Charge: A cancellation charge of ₹500 will apply in any case of service
cancellation.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds for unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or service disruption
on our end, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain fees and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Registration fees for training or internship programs.
- Custom software design fees once the design has been approved and work has commenced.
- Hosting, maintenance, domain, SMS, and email fees once the service has started or purchased.
Refund Request Process

reason for the refund request, and any supporting documents. Our team will review your request and
respond within 7 business days.
Obligations After Refund
Once a refund for any service is issued, Kryotek Softwares shall have no further obligation related
to that service, including but not limited to ongoing support or access to deliverables.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will take up to 14 days to process once approved. Refunds will only be transferred to a bank
account and not issued in cash.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other
operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated
